1. Application of moulded case circuit breaker
AHM1 series moulded case circuit breaker is one of products developed and manufactured by adopting international advanced technology. It is supplied with rated insulating voltage 550 and 800V and used for circuit of AC 50/60Hz, rated operating voltage AC 400V (or below), rated operating current up to 1600A for infrequent changing over and starting of the motors.The products conforms to IEC60947-2 standard.

Type A: Without current trip-lease on N pole which making all the time, not closing and opening with the other three poles. 

Type B: Without current trip-release on N pole which closing and opening with the other poles. 
Type C: With current trip-release which closing and opening with the other three poles.
Type D: With current trip-release which making all the time not closing and opening with the other three poles. 

3. Protection Characteristic of moulded case circuit breaker
The thermodynamic  release of a circuit breaker provides the feature of inverse time-delay, while the magnetic release is the instantaneous operation as shown on table 2(distribution circuit breaker) and table 3 (motor protection circuit breaker).

S Series MCCB

 1. Application of S moulded case circuit breaker

The S series moulded case circuit breaker applies to breaking and making operation in AC 50/60Hz, rated operation voltage 690V or less and rated current up to 2000A circuit. It can distribute electric energy in circuit, work as the overload of wiring and power supply equipment, or as the protector of short circuit and under voltage. Additionally, this breaker can switch line and start motor unfrequnently. The other characters of the products are: small size, large contact spacings, high capability of break-make, and short arcing distance, this performance is better than that of CM1 series.  This performance is as well as original S series circuit breaker. The product complies with the standards of IEC90947-2.
2. Working Circumstance
1). Altitude of the installation place shall not be higher than 2000m(in case it's higher, do ask for advice
from manufacturer first)
2). Circumstance temperature shouldn't be higher than +40ºC or lower than -50ºC , average temperature of
24h shouldn't exceed +35ºC .
Attention: If temperature breaks the limits issued above, users shall operate the product according
to manufacturer's advice.
3). Working area shall not contain any explosive, metal corrosive or inductive media, the place also
should weatherproof.
4). Relative atmosphere humidity shall not exceed 90% 
5). Working place shouldn't be shaky or exposed to rain & snow, connect upper terminals to power
source while lower terminals to load, inclination on each side shall not exceed 50.

1.Description of NS series moulded case circuit breaker:
NS series moulded case circuit breaker is one of breaker which adopts international advanced design, manufacture technology to develop. The rated insulating voltage is 750V, suitable for AC 50Hz(60Hz),rated working voltage 690V or below, rated working current is 12.5A to 1250A of circuit and used in distributing electric energy, and non-frequent breaking in the normal conditions, protecting the equipment from overload, under voltage. Circuit breaker with rated frame current 400A or below, can be used in mousecage motor's non-frequent start, breaking during working, protecting motor from overload, short circuit, undervoltage, the product conforms to IEC60947-2 standard.
2. Working environment of NS series moulded case circuit breaker:
♦ The altitude bellows 2,000m;
♦ Circuit breaker may be used between -25ºC and +70ºC. For temperatures higher than 40ºC(65ºC for circuit breakers used to protect motor feeders), devices must be derated;
♦ It can withstand the impact from humid air, salt spray, oil mist and mold;
♦ It should be installed in places with no danger of explosion, no conductive dust, and no substance enough to corrode metal or damage the insulation;
♦ In places with no rain and snow erosion;
♦ Pollution degree 3;
♦ Installation category III.

Battery powered. Spare battery are supplied in an adapter box. When a fault occurs ,the LEDindicating the type of fault ,lights for about 10 minutes . The information is however stored inmemory . The LED can be illuminated by pressing the test pushbutton. The LED automaticallygoes off and the memory is cleared when the circuit breaker is reset .
