Product Introduction
Mining flameproof dry type transformer KBSG is composed of box shell, box cover, iron core assembly, insulation assembly, high-voltage lead, low-voltage lead and trolley for railway track. The transformer box shell is an explosion-proof structure with top open cover. Four small hoisting lugs are set on the box cover for hoisting during the removal of the box cover. Corrugated steel plates are used on both sides of the box shell, thick steel plates are used at the bottom of the box, and connecting flanges are set on the high and low voltage sides of the transformer to connect high and low voltage switches. Four large hoisting mixers are arranged on the box shell for the integral hoisting of the transformer; Both ends of the box shell are welded with grounding bolts and grounding marks for connecting external grounding wires. High and low voltage interlocking lines and temperature control lines inside the transformer are respectively connected with high and low voltage switches; PT100 platinum resistance or temperature relay is used for temperature control. When the temperature in the transformer is too high, an over-temperature signal is triggered. Transformer core assembly consists of core, clips, insulating parts and so on. The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, multi-stage stepping full-slope three-seam lamination structure to reduce no-load loss and no-load current; High temperature anti-rust and moisture-proof paint. The clamp is made of channel steel, and the upper and lower tension adopts the pull screw structure, and measures are taken to prevent the relative displacement of the iron core and the clamp, so as not to affect the product quality. The core insulation parts are made of domestic high-quality insulation materials.Transformer insulation assembly includes main longitudinal insulation, high and low voltage coils, coil pressing and other structures. The main longitudinal insulation is made of high-quality insulating materials; High and low voltage coils adopt tight winding technology, which improves the mechanical strength of coils; High and low voltage coils are made of C-grade insulating paper wrapped oxygen free copper
conductors. The electric field around the coils is uniform and the partial discharge is small. The coil shall be pressed with pressing nail and porcelain pressing block, and measures shall be taken to prevent looseness. The high-voltage lead is led out by cable, and the low-voltage lead is led out by cable or copper bus. The creepage distance and air gap exceed the requirements outlined in GB3836.3-2000. Under normal operating conditions, sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures will not occur, and the use is safe and reliable. The trolley is fixed at the bottom of the box with bolts and can be disassembled. The trolley gauge is 900/600mm.
Usage
This product is used in mines with methane mixed gas, coal dust and explosion risk as the power distribution device of comprehensive mechanized mining equipment in coal mines.
Service conditions: The product can work continuously for a long time under the following service conditions and rated capacity.
a. Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
b.The ambient temperature is not higher than +40 ºC;
c.The relative air humidity shall not exceed 95% (at+25 ºC);
d.There is no strong turbulence and vibration and the inclination of the vertical plane does not exceed 15 degrees;
e.There is no gas and steam that can corrode metal and damage insulation;
f. A place without dripping water.
