The phase-shifting rectifier transformer is a device that provides multi-phase rectifier power supply for medium and high voltage inverters. Especially with the mature development of frequency conversion and speed regulation technology, the localization of phase-shifting rectifier transformer is urgently needed. To meet the market demand, a series of multi winding phase-shift rectifier transformers have been successfully developed on the basis of the leading product non encapsulated dry type transformer technology and have been successfully applied in many projects. It adopts the extended triangle phase-shifting principle. Through multiple secondary windings with different phase-shifting angles, it can form rectifier transformers with equivalent number of phases of 9, 12, 15, 18, 24 and 27. Its capacity is divided into 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750, 2000, 2500, 3000 and 3500kVA. The primary impedance is large, the efficiency of the transformer is more than 98%, Class H insulation system is adopted, and the temperature rise limit of high and low voltage windings is 120K.
