Applicable scope
The NR-615/616 microcomputer harmonic elimination device is suitable for automatic harmonic elimination when
resonance occurs in 3KV-66KV non effectively grounded system. The device determines whether there is resonance
overvoltage or single-phase grounding in the system by monitoring the harmonic frequency and zero sequence
voltage of the PT open triangle voltage of the busbar, and determines whether harmonic elimination is necessary. If
the harmonic elimination condition is met, the thyristor connected at both ends of the open triangle is controlled to
conduct, and the open triangle winding is short circuited (if single-phase grounding occurs in the system, harmonic
elimination is not carried out),so as to quickly eliminate the voltage saturation overvoltage.
Due to the extremely short short-circuit time, it will not burden PT. The premise of harmonic elimination device is to
destroy the conditions for forming resonance to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment, but it
cannot eliminate(absorb)resonance frequency.

*Real time display of voltage components at four frequencies: 3 fractional frequency, 2 fractional frequency,fundamental wave and 3       frequency multiplication of PT open delta voltage;
*It can accurately distinguish overvoltage, resonance and single-phase grounding;
*It adopts high-power, contactless harmonic elimination component, with rapid and reliable harmonic elimination;
*It provides alarm signal for various faults, displays and stores relevant information, and provide 8 sets of passive alarm nodes;
*80 sets of fault records that can be maintained after power failure;
*It adopts a 128x64 dot matrix liquid crystal display(LCD) with Chinese and English menus, displaying rich and intuitive information;
*The communication interface can transmit relevant information to the superior monitoring system, suitable for unmanned substations
