Audited Supplier When the 12kV overhead distribution line T connection line or the end user internal fault occurs, the substation outlet switch trip will be caused because the input switch protection time limit and the substation outlet switch protection time limit cannot be adjusted reasonably. If the fault is permanent in nature, substation overlap will not be successful, and a local accident within a medium voltage subscriber boundary will outage the entire 12kV distribution line. If an outdoor demarcation circuit breaker is installed at the T-junction or user end (responsibility demarcation point), the fault (overcurrent, short-circuit, single-phase ground fault, etc.) within the user boundary is confirmed by judgment, and the fault is automatically isolated, then the normal power consumption of users in the non-fault area can be ensured. The application of ZW32-12F outdoor high-voltage intelligent dividing vacuum circuit breaker (watchdog) in 12kV feed overhead line can avoid the joint accident power outage of fault-free line, reduce the fault power outage range, shorten the user's power outage time, and protect the safe operation of the main network. And with fault detection function, protection control function and communication function, can realize automatic removal of single-phase ground fault and automatic isolation of short-circuit fault between phases. The installation point shall be the responsibility boundary point of the user's line entry of the 12kV distribution line, and it can also be applied to the branch line connection meeting the requirements.
