                                    Four Position V-Blade 27.8kV 630A Loadbreak Switch

       Four-position Oil Immersed Load Switch is applied to the composite transformers with 50~60 Hz AC and rated voltage of 15.5kV & 27.8 KV. It is a nice and small load switch dedicatedly designed to meet the challenge of continually raising the load capacity of power net while the composite transformers usually have a very limited internal space. It uses the transformer oil as the media of insulation and that for preventing the electric arc. It uses a mechanical spring for reserving energy. Three phase linkage is available with it. Also, It can promptly and accurately turn on or cut off the electric current. This switch can be applicable to any power distribution system with 15.5kV & 27.8 KV and double power supply lines.

         Per customer request, the load switch can be in any form, for instance, it can be the buried type or one with the power operation mechanism. It can apply to all types of transformers.The load switch is characteristic of T type, with four function positions and double power supply lines, i.e. The positions of double power supply line, Power supply I, power supply II and turn off. The contact of the switch uses the double contact floating bridge flint, with very limited resistance. Meanwhile it generates great capacity of current passage. As a result, the electric power compensation is very good, greatly raising its anti-load disturbance performance. The static contact terminal board is fixed. This makes it easier to install or build in the switch, hence making the operation more reliable. The newly added static contact assistant makes the contact between the static and dynamic contacts more accurate. This load switch is installed on the side wall of the transformer's oil tank. According to the requirement of power supply lines' change or switching, please turn the load switch clockwise or anti clockwise with the special insulated function lever. For every single operation, make sure to turn the switch by 90 °. In this way, we can repeat the process and turn it by 360 ° eventually.
