Incoming Mechanism Single Pole Hard Interlock
AC-01 series  are a new generation of hard interlocking mechanism developed to meet the five requirements of power operation equipment. It is different from the conventional mechanism to open and close the lower door of the cabinet using cable interlock and other soft structures. This product adopts mechanical lock rod hard linkage mode to force interlock on the lower door of the cabinet. The lower door lock rod is directly linked to the ground operation shaft. It must be reliably grounded in the main circuit to pull the lock rod out of the lower door lock hole. Effectively ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the lower door. (When the customer chooses this single-lock rod hard interlocking scheme, the lower door must be designed as a hook-type upward pull door or other self-buckle design. When the ground switch is in position, the hard interlock rod is removed from the lower door lock hole. At this time, the lower door is still closed, and it is necessary to lift the door upward to release the hook to open the lower door. Note: This is a general scheme, customers can design other schemes according to their own requirements).

this incoming operating mechanism is suitable for inflatable high voltage ring cabinet load switchboard, opening operation of the auxiliary equipment. This series of mechanism uses the plane volute spring to store energy to control the closing and splitting action of the load switch. It uses the compression spring over-center energy storage to control the closing and parting action of the grounding switch. The working position has three operating stations of closing, opening and grounding, and this series of products has five anti-interlocking functions
