Product Detail:

AIC-03 series products are a new generation of hard interlocking mechanism developed to meet the five requirements of power operation equipment. It is different from the conventional mechanism to open and close the lower door of the cabinet using cable interlock and other soft structures. This product adopts three lock rod mechanical hard linkage mode to force interlock on the lower door of the cabinet. The center lock rod of the lower door is directly connected with the ground operation rotating shaft. The lower door lock lever is directly linked to the door padlock plate. The door padlock must be opened and the padlock plate pushed up while the main circuit is reliably grounded to remove the three lock rods simultaneously. The lower door can only be opened when both the side lock rod and the ground center lock rod are withdrawn from the keyhole. The safety and reliability of the lower door is directly improved by a level.
KIC-03 series line entry operating mechanism is suitable for load switching and opening operation in the filled high voltage ring network cabinet. This series of mechanism uses the plane volute spring to store energy to control the closing and splitting action of the load switch. It uses the compression spring over-center energy storage to control the closing and parting action of the grounding switch. The working position has three operating stations: closing, opening and grounding. This series of products has five anti-interlocking functions
